Skinnys...Cutee! I prefer skinnys. On me and on boys. Boys who wear baggy jeans piss me off. Its not cutee. I had a pair when they sucked & everyone made fun of me. I liked them better because they fit better....All jeans are too long for me, except skinnies. I think they work for everyone. the topic of skinny jeans is one i recommend everyone. people are going to invest their money and fashion sense in whatever they choose so let them be. i am one of those people who would consider themselves to be “down with it”. i am a self proclaimed hip hop head. i am a trendsetter not so much trendy. the sudden popularity of “skinny jeans” has upset it. because something that once could be seen as being original and fitting to a certain mood or theme is now common place. rap has a problem with skinny jeans because they feel it does not fit into the “gangster” culture. but true hip hop heads no that the tradition goes back to the dmc days of addidas without laces and the dookie chains. [remember the nba didn’t always have those baggy bball shorts]. old heads complained that out pants were too baggy, now we are trying to get it together and it’s still a problem. can we do no right? can people be individuals.
my freshmen year in college, one of my mod mates wore a size 1, he told us he purchased from the women’s section. though that might be unacceptable in the hood, he was white, and he is allowed to do whatever he wants. as far as men wearing all the loud colors? i don’t think so, but if you do it. do it well. you might not be wayne, but wayne is being trendy. be a trendsetter with your shit and you’ll be idolized instead of mocked. women? i like a chick who can rock a pair of red skinny jeans with a exclusive pair of sb dunks. my kind of chick!
as far as age goes there needs to be an age limit on all things trendy, at some point you should have found where you fit in in this life. sagging? i personally like the way mine look better with a little sag, but i sometimes coordinate with my boxers. you should also only wear high tops with slims, or skinnies anything else is unacceptable. women can do hightops or pumps, no sandals. flats maybe.
p.s. just because you are stuck in a 1996 and everything has to be fubu baggy, does not mean everthing a size smaller is skinny. some people just like their stuff to fit as we grow up, and make strides to leave the hood and join america. educate yourself before you knock it. there are skinny jeans, straight fits, slim fits, relaxed, bootcuts, and baggy [i worked at gap for awhile]. just because rocawear doesn’t let you know about all these variations doesn’t mean they don’t exists, in fact it might be a ploy to keep your scale of thinking minimized. buts that’s a posting i might save for my own site.

But naw I think skinny jeans is one of those "get in where you fit in styles". Country singers been rockin em for years. 5 years ago everybody rocked baggy shit, now skinny jeans are in and so everybody wants em. Yonug people tend to be more trendy... I think that's who they're for. I'd hate to see Ray Lewis in some skinny jeans man. Not a good look.
